At Orca Moving & Delivery we specialize in transporting your items safely and efficiently. More items that are delicate, oversized or heavy require more time for our crew to complete your move. Stairs and elevators also make things tricky.
Travel Distance
Travel times apply to all moves and is based on where your 1st and 2nd locations are from our office. This offsets fuel and labour costs during that time. We will always be upfront with this charge and it will be included in all estimates.

Packed Boxes & Totes – Organized items in one place that are ready to be stacked and loaded make it extremely fast for the movers to complete the job. Call ahead to have reusable moving totes dropped to your door!
Disassemble Furniture – It may be easier to move big items like tables, cabinets and bed frames if they are taken apart first. Especially if you know there are lots of tight hallways or stairs for our movers to navigate.
Building Access – In apartments we often run into issues accessing a nearby parking spot. If there is any way to ensure an easy loading location it really helps to make things quick. Also remember to book elevator access with your building manager.
